Welcome to Language for Life (Learning Spanish Abroad SL). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). Please read them carefully before enrolling in any of our programs.


1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all courses, programs, services, and website usage offered by Language for Life (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By registering for a program or using our website, you accept these terms in full.

2. Enrollment & Payment
  • A place in any program is confirmed only after full payment (or agreed deposit) has been received.
  • All fees must be paid in the currency and method specified during registration.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if payment is incomplete or not verifiable.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your participation in a program:
  • Cancellation made 45 days or more before the program start date:
    80% refund of the total program cost.
  • Cancellation made less than 45 days before the program start date:
    20% refund of the total program cost.
  • No-shows or cancellations made on or after the program start date are non-refundable.

4. Program Changes
We reserve the right to:
  • Modify program schedules, instructors, or locations when necessary.
  • Cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
If we must cancel a program, a full refund will be provided.

5. Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
  • Provide accurate personal information during registration.
  • Follow program rules, instructions, and safety guidelines.
  • Behave respectfully toward staff and other participants.
  • Be responsible for their own travel, insurance, and accommodation arrangements unless otherwise stated.

6. Liability
  • We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during participation in our programs.
  • Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain personal travel and health insurance.

7. Intellectual Property
All website content, course materials, texts, audio, and images are the intellectual property of Language for Life and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

8. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Language for Life operates (Spain). Any disputes shall be resolved in this jurisdiction.
